- Teams are made up of groups of friends, corporates, families, tertiary and high school students
- 5 aside football
- Only female players can play
- A referee and match balls are provided for all games
- Teams can wear their own uniforms or bibs are provided
- Prize giving is held on the final night of each league, immediately after the final games
- Prizes are awarded for first and second place in each division
