- Teams are made up of groups of friends, corporates, families, tertiary and high school students
- All players must be female players
- 6 aside netball with 2 x Attackers, 2 x Centres, 2 x Defenders
- An umpire and match balls are provided for all games
- Teams do not require uniforms as bibs are also provided
- Prize Giving is held on the final night of each league, immediately after the final games
- Prizes are awarded for first and second place in each division
