What to expect at Tuesday Netball (October 2024 - January 2025)

Don’t worry if you aren’t an up-and-coming Silver Fern. Our social leagues cater for a wide range of abilities and fitness levels – from newbies through to skilled and experienced players. Get a group of friends, family, or colleagues together and sign up for a weekly dose of fun, social fitness.

For new teams we conduct two weeks of grading to work out where each team is best placed in our divisions and use previous league data to place existing teams. After the two weeks of grading, you will be put into your division and play several round robin games throughout the league finishing with the Netball Final to determine your final position.

The playing line-up consists of two attackers, two defenders, and two centers per team, with up to three males players allowed on the court at any one time.

Are you new to Tauranga, don’t have enough teammates, or are just looking to meet new people? If you’re keen to take part in one of our sports leagues but don’t have team, you can submit your interest with us, and we will do our best to find a team for you. Registering your interest doesn’t guarantee you a place, but we will do our best to get you into a team playing your preferred sport on your preferred day. Just give us a call or email us.
